Restoration Process

When our clients have a restoration project we know it’s a challenge. All of the sudden you have an emergency situation that you did not expect and you are worried that your home or business may never be the same. That is where Waller can step in and help you. Although each claim, policy, and insurance company is unique, here is a general overview of how our restoration process works:

Step 01

Claim Event Occurs

The process begins when the damage event occurs at your property.

Step 02

Leak Detection & Emergency Services

If you need emergency services (water removal, tarp, board up, etc.), Waller can help. We have a crew on call 24/7 – 365 days a year for this purpose.

Call us now if you need help at 863-266-0815.

Step 03

Consultation

A Waller estimator visits the site to consult with you. We review the damage, discuss needed repairs, and address your specific concerns. Following this, Waller prepares a detailed estimate for the insurance company.

Step 04

Insurance Company Approval

Waller will work with your insurance adjuster to come to an agreement on a fair estimate. We ensure the estimate entails all necessary repairs needed to fully restore your property.

Step 05

Selections & Changes

Waller will work with you to make your finish selections and go over any changes in design or materials you may want to consider, helping you get ready for the project to start.

Step 06

Preparation & Construction

We will introduce you to your Project Manager, who will supervise and coordinate your construction to ensure it is on time and on budget. Your Project Manager will schedule the work, handle any problems, and ensure crews protect your space (installing dust barriers, drop cloths, etc).

Step 07

Final Touch Up Work

Once the project is substantially complete, we shift to final details. Our Project Manager will meet with you for a final walk-through to create a punch list. We then take care of these items, thoroughly clean the project site, and complete the restoration process.
